Trade, security talks dominate Tillerson's Chad visit

U.S. Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, is due in Chad later on Monday, as part of his tour of five African countries. Chad is considered an ally in America's fight against terrorism. But in a surprise move, the Trump administration included the nation on its list of mostly Muslim countries whose citizens are barred from entering the U.S. It's an issue that's expected to dominate talks while Tillerson is in Chad.
