Dakar seeking solutions to its traffic jam problem

Occupying only 0.28% of the national territory, the region of Dakar is home to 25% of the population and is the location for 80% of the economic activities of Senegal. The car density in the Senegalese capital has many concerned about the city's traffic jam problem. Vik Chege explains.
