The Boao Forum for Asia is under way. World leaders continue to arrive for this year's conference ahead of the opening ceremony on Tuesday morning. Chinese President Xi Jinping is due to deliver the keynote speech. No doubt, this year's focus will be on the escalating trade tensions between China and the United States. While China hopes to ease the friction with diplomacy, the Foreign Ministry says negotiations with the U.S. are impossible under the current conditions.
