Meanwhile-- the African Union Mission in Somalia -- AMISOM -- has vowed to remain neutral in an ongoing political crisis that's brewing in the Horn of African nation. The AMISOM comments come just days after the top Ugandan military official said AMISOM will take control of Parliament -- Somali authorities have heavily criticized those comments.
