Over 1 million Libyans in need of humanitarian aid

The UNHCR office in Libya has expressed concerns that "most Libyans are in need of humanitarian aid because of the deteriorating living conditions and lack of services in the country ravaged by war. UNHCR also said that the already vulnerable population could be subjected to exploitation by militia and human traffickers.
