The IMF has applauded Egypt's economic reform plan that began in 2016. But the organization is still calling on Cairo to "broaden and deepen" its reform plan. That comes as a delegation lead by deputy managing director David Lipton visited the Egyptian capital to evaluate the government economic reform progress.
