Red Cross provides free prosthetic limbs to Nigerian amputees

The Boko Haram insurgency has left tens of thousands of people dead. Others have sustained life-changing injuries -- losing limbs in bomb blasts or gunfire. The International Committee of the Red Cross is providing free prosthetics to amputees in the northern city of Kano.
