EU calls for swift investigation into the Libya attack

The European Union is calling for a swift investigation into the terrorist attack in Tripoli. At least 12 people are known to have died in the suicide attack at the headquarters of Libya's election commission. CGTNs Europe correspondent Jack Parrock reports.
