15 killed in ISIL suicide bombing at polling commission

The death toll from Libya's suicide bombing has risen to 15. Police officers and officials from the country's High National Election Commission, were among those killed.ISIL has claimed responsibility for the attack, though the identity of the attackers remains unknown.
